British Columbia Association of Magazine Publishers
Ahnsu worked with BCAMP to update and add to their InPrint series of handbooks. These handbooks were developed to give magazine publishers, from upstarts to moguls, a single source for help on developing, expanding and managing a magazine. There are five handbooks including: Business Strategies; Circulation; Distribution; Editorial Management; and Marketing to Advertisers. A second project included the development of a number of informational booklets supporting cultural publications. CBC Television
Ahnsu worked with the CBC to express their ongoing committment and efforts to reflect the diversity of their audience in their programing and activities. We developed the content for their Express Diversity brochure. Click on the logo to take a look.
Room of One's Own
Ahnsu worked with Room of One's Own Magazine on a distribution enhancement project. As part of that project we developed an online brochure. Aga Khan Education Board for Canada
Ahnsu developed a career development program for use across Canada. The project included the development of a series of 14 workshops with a global focus on career and educational exploration. A companion facilitator's guide and student resource manual were also developed. We also worked with the BC Chapter to implement the program and facilitated a career conference for youth.
British Columbia Association of Magazine Publishers
Ahnsu developed a report on the issues faced by BC's cultural publications resulted from an industry survey and produced recommendations for the direction of BCAMP, the British Columbia Association of Magazine Publishers.
Rice Paper Magazine
Ahnsu worked with Rice Paper magazine an arts and cultural publication that focuses on Asian Canadian artists and their works. The plan included an organizational review, focus groups, sector research and the development of a resource manual to support the implementation of this two year regional plan.
